A New Chapter on Murrell Road
If you remember this building as Market Street, you remember the bones. It is a beautiful Viera campus that has cared for Brevard County families for years. What lives inside those walls today is something new.
In late 2025, our family of healthcare companies acquired the property and reintroduced it as Elevare Care Center Viera. We didn't simply change a sign. We rebuilt the team, redesigned the program, and elevated the everyday experience of dining, surroundings, and care into something families are proud to call home.

The Care Behind the Comfort
Beautiful surroundings only matter if the care is exceptional. Most communities offer memory care as a wing. We built our entire operation around it, and put a physician inside the building.
Each resident arrives with a Life Story file covering their work, family, faith, music, and memories. Care plans are built from it before day one.
Caregivers are trained in validation therapy and nonpharmacologic redirection. We meet residents inside their reality, never argue with it.
Every waking hour has purposeful structure. Reminiscence, music, movement, and art are scheduled by intent, not to fill a calendar.
The Elevare Difference
Most communities rely on outside physicians who visit weekly or monthly, with labs offsite, imaging by transport, and acute changes waiting for the next visit. At Elevare, primary care lives on campus through our affiliated group, Cloud Care Medicine. Residents have a physician they actually see, and acute issues are assessed within hours.
Onsite assessment catches issues before they become emergencies.
The physician knows the resident and can act the same day.
Hospice, specialists, and family physicians coordinate through our team.
Bringing the clinic to them is one of the most therapeutic choices we make.

Who's Running the Building
When a community changes hands, the people at the top set the standard. These three are accountable for what happens at Elevare Care Center Viera.
Founder of Elevare Capital Family Holdings, the Florida based healthcare and real estate platform that owns and operates Elevare alongside affiliated primary care, hospice, and senior care services.
A licensed occupational therapist. Occupational therapy adapts daily life for people whose cognition is changing, which makes it exactly the right specialty to lead a memory care program.
A practicing primary care physician who leads medical strategy across the Elevare network and oversees the onsite clinical model at Viera.
